Started 13 years ago, Frolicode has been built on the foundational philosophy that we only consider ourselves successful once the work we do for our clients results in increased profits. Though we absolutely love the art of building games, we understand that at the end of the day, its a business whose aim is to make profits.
How do we do it? By building games that is based around sound research, extensive planning and top notch execution. There is no magic formula. Just attention to detail at every step along the way, while keeping the end player in mind, we aim to deliver gameplay experiences that would bring back the players for more.
OUR STORY
How it all started
Frolicode was founded 13 years ago by Siddharth, an MBA by education but a Gamer at heart. Leaving his high paying job, he started the company from a garage that could accomodate just 4 members. Starting with a makeshift office and 3 fellow developers, Frolicode started its journey toward making games that can give the joy to its players, the same joy felt by all of us when we are glued to our favorite games.
Things were tough initially as projects were difficult to come by. However through acts of sheer perseverence, Frolicode reached out to as many companies as it can, finally cracking a few game dev projects. That was all that was needed to kickstart the journey and the team never looked back. Over the years, the team has grown to 40 plus members, having worked with esteemed clients like Tencent, Yoozoo, Playstudio, Reliance and Electronic Arts. We have managed to deliver more than 250 profitable games which have went on to accumulate more than 500 million downloads, earning our clients millions of dollars in revenue. But as they say, the journey is not yet complete. The future looks exciting with the team is looking to expand to multiple offices and increase its team size to 100 plus in the coming year. Backed by an ambitious management, the sky is NOT the limit for Frolicode.
